4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement. All invoices are due according to the agreed payment schedule. Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of work.

5. Quality and Warranty

We are committed to providing high-quality workmanship. All work is performed in accordance with industry standards and applicable building codes. Warranty terms will be specified in the project agreement.

All designs, plans, and materials created by Elevanta Sp. z o.o. remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Termination terms, including payment for work completed, will be specified in the project agreement.
